About the Team Ratings Workflow Solutions (RWS), part of the Ratings COO organization, is a cross-functional, agile team responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing applications and workflows used by our Ratings staff. Our goal is to streamline processes, mitigate risks, and advance standardization and automation across Fitch’s ratings platforms and workflows. The team partners closely with analytical, business, and technology staff to ensure our systems support the needs of the Ratings organization and enable our staff to work effectively. How You’ll Make an Impact We’re looking for an Associate Product Owner to support one or more Product Owners in defining product roadmaps and translating business needs into actionable solutions. This role will contribute to strategic initiatives that improve the workflows, systems, and data processes underpinning Private Credit and Ratings work. We are looking for an independent yet highly collaborative thinker with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to requirements gathering and analysis. This role will work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to understand current-state processes, identify opportunities to modernise workflows, and drive innovation through the use of AI and other enabling tools. The ideal candidate will be comfortable diving into the detail while maintaining a clear view of the bigger picture, with strong experience in writing clear user stories, creating well-defined Jira tickets, and translating business needs into actionable delivery plans. Responsibilities include streamlining document and data management, enhancing cross-team reporting, enabling AI-driven innovation in workflow management and content processing, and ensuring secure data delivery across platforms. Working closely with Agile squads and business stakeholders, you’ll translate business needs into clear requirements and help drive solutions that improve operational efficiency.
