About the Team The US CMBS Business Relationship Management team focuses on building, developing, and maintaining relationships with issuers, bankers and asset managers to expand ratings coverage and support revenue growth in our CMBS ratings business. How You’ll Make an Impact Business Development & Opportunity Generation: Identify, screen, and pursue new business opportunities across the CMBS market; originate new ratings mandates; negotiate engagement agreements; and contribute to business and market outreach plans. External Relationship Management: Serve as a senior-facing relationship manager for existing and prospective issuers, bankers and asset managers, supporting the development of strategic relationships across the CMBS market with the goal of expanding opportunities and increasing market share. Market & Pipeline Analysis: Analyze pipeline and market share reports for strategic insights to support business development priorities and market positioning. Contribute to annual budgeting process. Marketing & Events: Oversee and develop marketing materials to support external engagement and new business efforts.
