Bixby’s platform is relied upon each day as a trusted source of information for some of the largest, most-awarded institutional investors in the credit market.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <p>This is a unique opportunity to join a highly experienced research team within a rapidly growing, fast paced company.</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Develop deep knowledge of the leveraged loan market, which continues to grow in size and weight</li> <li>Access to the resources of Fitch, including career advancement opportunities (dependent on exceptional performance)</li> <li>Lead the expansion of Bixby’s product into the European market</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>We’ll Count on You To:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Daily Operational/Compliance procedures.</li> <li>Work closely with Compliance Manager and senior research staff to manage compliance programs and execute on associated operational processes and control systems.</li> <li>Document Management/Categorization.</li> <li>Review, revise, and continuously improve upon, existing compliance programs, policies and procedures as necessary to identify risks and stay in line with mandated compliance policies.</li> <li>Ability to review own work product to ensure accuracy and completeness in a time-sensitive environment.</li> <li>Permission management of document and site access.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You Need to Have:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree required. A variety of educational histories will be considered for this role, especially those with Accounting/Financial/Legal backgrounds.</li> <li>Compliance and operational experience. Specific experience in finance / asset management is strongly preferred.</li> <li>Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF skills required.</li> <li>Established skills in accuracy, organization, and experience working in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.</li> <li>Ability to manage and execute challenging projects with minimal oversight.</li> <li>Possess strong organizational skills, sound judgement and hold highest ethical standards.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What Would Make You Stand Out:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Prior experience with virtual data rooms is preferred.</li> <li>General understanding of financial markets is preferred</li> </ul> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table> </div> </div> <table width="100%"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="height:36.0px"> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>
