This role involves working closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of product management principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with data for exceptional user experience.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="color:black"><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact:</strong> </span></p> <ul> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Product Development: Assist in the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, other product teams, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is up-to-date and reflects the current business priorities.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">User Stories: Develop detailed user stories and establish acceptance criteria to ensure stories are ready for development.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Agile Ceremonies: Run agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Feature Validation: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that stories meet the definition of done and acceptance criteria.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Customer Interaction: Discuss features with internal and external customers, focusing on usability, time to value, feature completeness, and the overall user journey.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Data Analysis & Insights: Write and run queries using SQL and other tools to analyze data, validate use cases and product requirements with end users.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Issue Resolution: Handle issues with current features and provide solutions based on customer feedback.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics e.g. team productivity, product adoption, feature performance.
