This hybrid role combines technical administration with business process leadership and will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring system alignment with business goals, and driving efficiency across operations in finance, inventory and manufacturing modules.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities will include:</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Collaborate with department leaders (finance, operations, manufacturing, sales) to align ERP capabilities with business processes.</p> <p>• Monitor system upgrades, patches, integrations, and ensure data integrity and system performance.</p> <p>• Oversee integration with other systems, (e.g., CRM, WMS, BiTools) via web services or middleware.</p> <p>• Develop and deliver user training and support to ensure effective system usage.</p> <p>• Ensure high levels of user adoption and system utilization.</p> <p>• Identify and drive opportunities for automation and process improvement using the ERP system.</p> <p>• Provide technical support for Sage ERP related to configuration of company structures, accounting models, problem resolution, development.</p> <p>• Manage and maintain Sage X3 environments including production and testing.</p> <p>• Oversee management of SAP B1 Hana and Syspro ERP systems.</p> <p>• Other duties as assigned.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Required Experience & Knowledge</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, or related field.</p> <p>• Overall 10+ years of experience, 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sage X3, including system administration and module configuration, with a strong track record of success.</p> <p>• Proven leadership experience in ERP project management or ERP support team management.</p> <p>• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, manufacturing, project management or supply chain.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, ETC:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with system integrations.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li> <li>Experience with change management and user adoption strategies.</li> <li>Experience with multi-legislation environments.</li> <li>Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports.</li> <li>Knowledge of Sage version 12 and its web-based architecture.</li> <li>Experience with SAP B1 on Hana or Syspro a plus.</li> </ul> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Supervisory Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p>Yes</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Physical Demand</b></H2> </div><div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Work Environment</b></H2> </div><div></div></div></div><p>Actylis is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
