We hope you’ll consider joining us!</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p><strong>Position Summary</strong><br>The successful candidate will support end-to-end Demand &amp; Supply Planning activities across pharma and chemical product portfolios to ensure timely material availability, optimum inventory levels, and uninterrupted customer service. This role acts as an execution-focused planning partner, translating sales forecasts and business requirements into feasible production, procurement, and supply plans. The role involves close coordination with Sales, Production, Procurement, QA/QC, Regulatory, Packaging, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to align supply plans with business requirements and operational capacities. </p> <p><strong>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Demand Planning &amp; Forecast Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support preparation and maintenance of rolling demand forecasts based on historical data, sales inputs, and market trends</li> <li>Coordinate with Sales and Customer Service teams to validate forecasts and confirm demand priorities</li> <li>Track forecast accuracy, demand variations, and forecast changes; highlight risks and variances</li> </ul> <p><strong>Supply Planning &amp; Execution Readiness</strong></p> <ul> <li>Convert demand plans into feasible supply plans considering manufacturing capacity, lead times, batch sizes, and constraints</li> <li>Prepare and execute Master Production Schedules (MPS) aligned with demand, inventory policies, and available capacity</li> <li>Raise purchase indents and support procurement of raw materials, intermediates, and packaging materials in line with production plans</li> <li>Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, QA/QC, Packaging, Logistics, and Stores to ensure on-time material readiness</li> </ul> <p><strong>Third-Party Manufacturing &amp; External Coordination</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate planning and execution with third-party manufacturers / tollers to ensure timely product availability</li> <li>Support third-party contract renewals and ensure availability of required licenses and documentation for manufacturing</li> <li>Review and validate monthly third-party manufacturing service bills for processing and payment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Inventory, Service Level &amp; Working Capital Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor inventory levels across Raw Material (RM), WIP, and Finished Goods (FG) to meet service targets</li> <li>Identify and track slow-moving, excess, obsolete, and expiry-risk inventory and propose action plans</li> <li>Support monitoring of OTD / OTIF performance and conduct root-cause analysis for service deviations</li> <li>Balance service level requirements with inventory holding cost and compliance constraints</li> </ul> <p><strong>S&amp;OP and IBP</strong></p> <ul> <li>Initiate and execute monthly S&amp;OP / IBP cycles including demand review, supply review, and executive alignment.</li> <li>Prepare scenarios and trade-offs for leadership decision-making (service vs cost vs risk).</li> <li>Highlight risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans related to capacity, inventory, and service.</li> <li>Ensure alignment between commercial demand, supply capability, and financial targets.</li> </ul> <p><strong>New Product Introduction (NPI) &amp; Change Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities including trials, validation, scale-up, and readiness planning</li> <li>Support cross-functional alignment for new products covering materials, capacity, documentation, and regulatory readiness</li> <li>Support creation, review, and maintenance of Bill of Materials (BOMs) and routing data in SAP</li> </ul> <p><strong>Regulatory, Quality &amp; Compliance Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure planning decisions adhere to GMP requirements, regulatory approvals, shelf-life, and stability constraints</li> <li>Coordinate with QA and Regulatory teams to avoid supply disruptions due to compliance gaps</li> <li>Support ISO audits, BIS certification, and customer audits by providing planning data, documentation, and traceability</li> <li>Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by providing planning data and documentation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Systems, Reporting &amp; Analytics</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain planning master data accuracy including BOMs, lead times, MOQ, batch sizes, and inventory parameters</li> <li>Use ERP systems (SAP preferred) for planning, tracking, and execution support</li> <li>Prepare weekly and monthly reports on service level, inventory, production plans, planning adherence and third-party operations.</li> <li>Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes, reporting standardization, and data discipline</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Education</strong></p> <p>Bachelor’s / Master’s in Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Operations, or Business</p> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning or Operations roles</li> <li>Experience in Pharmaceutical / Chemical manufacturing environment preferred</li> <li>Exposure to plant-based SCM planning/operations is an advantage</li> <li>Strong understanding of GMP/Quality systems, Shelf-life &amp;
