The team works closely with the loan origination businesses and is responsible for the support and control of the business. This covers a wide spectrum of loan related activity including the agency function of structured transactions, primary settlement of corporate transactions, syndications, documentation and occasional settlement of secondary trades and servicing a diverse loan portfolio. The team is central to all activity relating to the trading desks that it supports and therefore interacts regularly with a wide network of internal departments including trading, sales, legal, product control, risk, investment banking as well as most other operations teams. Overview: Key objectives critical to success: The Loan Operations team is responsible for the operational management of the EMEA loan portfolio. In this role you will be working closely with primary trading desk, investment banking and other internal support functions within the organisation. You will ensure all operational risks are addressed and managed during due diligence, ensuring the successful closure of transactions and ongoing management of the EMEA portfolio.
