<p>Role / Principal Accountabilities:<br> The position is for a Java developer with 5-8 years of experience<br> This will involve the following:<br> • Experienced technical developer, hands-on end to end development and inclusion in a large matrixed organization.<br> • Demonstrated leadership and ability to function in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.<br> • Highly analytical, organized, process driven to lead and drive team and projects.<br> • Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirement and build data platform to provide services for revenues generation opportunities or improve operational efficiency.<br> • L3 Support for any Production Issue, Defects fix and enhancement etc.<br> Technical Skills Required:<br> Java development experience using Java 8 with solid core Java knowledge<br> Knowledge of JVM memory<br> Experience in Spring boot framework<br> Experience of creating Micro-services & web services<br> Experience working on ORM tools like JPA, Hibernate, Spring Data etc<br> Experience in multi-threading,<br> Experience working on application development using React, Redux & HTML<br> MSSQL / Database development and performance tuning<br> Good understanding of design patterns and agile technologies<br> Linux/Unix experience<br> Good understanding of Financial Systems.<br> Full software lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance)<br> Experience of using CI/CD for application building & deployment.<br> Knowledge on containerization of React app using Docker and Kubernetes would be plus<br> General Skills Required<br> Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.<br> Required investment banking or financial industry working experience.<br> Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.<br> Good analytical skills, organized and process driven to lead and drive team and projects.<br> Good team mentality</p>
