Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Associate to join our CTO Services Governance team at our Powai, Mumbai office. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence across our global infrastructure services through comprehensive governance oversight, process improvement, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will work closely with distributed teams across Japan, India, EMEA, and Americas to drive service management maturity and operational efficiency. As an Associate in CTO Services Governance, you will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and improving key service management processes while ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices and organizational standards.
