At ST Engineering MRAS, we are also rapidly augmenting our maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capabilities leveraging the company’s expanded aircraft nacelle portfolio as well as it’s materials and processing expertise.</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>What YOU will do</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Operational Leadership: Supervise Receiving and Stockroom teams, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and delivery standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Inventory Management: Oversee material flow and inventory transactions within SAP ERP, resolving discrepancies and optimizing processes.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Schedule Adherence: Monitor and prioritize inbound and outbound material to meet production and aftermarket commitments.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Continuous Improvement: Implement process enhancements using Lean principles and Value Stream Mapping to improve efficiency.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Team Development: Coach and mentor union hourly staff, fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Reporting & Communication: Conduct daily shift meetings, provide updates on material status, and escalate recurring issues to leadership.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Administrative Oversight: Manage timekeeping, overtime tracking, and other personnel-related administrative tasks.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>What YOU must bring to Succeed</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience (union environment preferred).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems (2+ years required).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or warehousing operations is required.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Ability to perform in a dynamic, physically active environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and a consistent record of reliability.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, an aptitude for technology, and the stamina to drive process improvements through to completion, including the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and remain mobile throughout the workday.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">This position involves access to export-controlled technology which requires U.S. Person status or government authorization. ST Engineering MRAS considers several factors with extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, education/training/certification, job level, and work location.
