Your leadership and technical expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the effectiveness and reliability of our customers&apos; Aircraft while remaining in compliance with all FAA policies and regulations.</span></span></p> <p class="MsoPlainText"> </p> <ul> <li class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Responsible for a crew of 20 or more and able to prioritize what needs to be done daily.</span></span></li> <li class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Remove and replace various aircraft components using special tooling and ground support equipment following verbal and written instructions such as supervisor&apos;s directives and manuals to complete all routine and non-routine assignments promptly.</span></span></li> <li class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Perform the duties of and provide necessary training for lower skill levels.</span></span></li> <li class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Perform as Relief Lead, assuming all Lead responsibilities in their absence.</span></span></li> <li class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain and store various tools in a serviceable condition.</span></span></li> </ul> <p class="MsoPlainText"> </p> <p class="MsoPlainText"><b><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">What YOU bring to be successful:</span></span></b></p> <p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">• High school diploma or GED required. FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certification required.</span></span></p> <p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">• Three (3) years minimum experience in heavy commercial maintenance.</span></span></p> <p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">• Three (3) years supervisory experience</span></span></p> <p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">• Ability to work overtime as needed</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><b><em>It takes diverse talent to solve real-world problems.
