The candidate should have 5+ years’ experience in providing L2 operational support for Conjur Secrets Management. We are looking for a self-driven professional with strong operational discipline, excellent analytical capability, and hands-on expertise who can thrive in a 24/7 follow-the-sun support environment as part of our global team. The role sits within the global Privileged Access Management team and plays a key part in safeguarding the firm’s trading, operational, and client-facing platforms. This is a hybrid position based in Jacksonville, Florida, with two mandatory office days each week. You will be working as part of a follow-the-sun operational model with colleagues in Japan, India, EMEA, and the US. You will be expected to provide BAU support on a rota basis (including weekends), and spend the remaining time delivering projects, enhancements, and handovers received from the Engineering team.
