Role Description This role will provide support to the CLO Structuring team, within the CLO Origination business. The candidate filling this role will work with senior bankers in CLO Structuring and Warehousing. Tasks will include working closely with clients on document comments, rating agencies, attorneys (internal and/or external), market/credit risk teams, syndicate, sales and various other internal and external parties. Candidate should have the ability to work in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks and move seamlessly across activities with little direction. Strong quantitative and communication skills are required to interact with both internal teams as well as external parties.
