The AEJ Operational Risk Management Team is an independent risk management group (second line of defence) overseeing and ensuring risk management at the Firm level. The Associate Operational Risk Manager is responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the operational risk management framework within the organization. This role helps identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational risks across various business units.
