Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Global Demand Planner to support demand forecasting across all ZimVie products and regions. This role will be responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving global demand forecasts by leveraging historical sales, market intelligence, portfolio assumptions, commercial inputs, statistical models, and business trends. The Global Demand Planner will play a key role in the implementation and ongoing execution of ZimVie’s Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process. This individual will help establish forecasting standards, global planning calendars, templates, data governance routines, demand review inputs, and performance metrics that create stronger alignment between Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Planning, Procurement, Distribution, and Manufacturing. This position requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, business acumen, and the ability to translate large volumes of data into actionable insights.
