About this role
<p><strong>GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <p>The Quality Assurance Engineer will act as liaison between customers and Sejong’s production line, interact with the customer’s quality, production control, and purchasing functions at each customer.</p> <p>They will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through Zero defects of the parts, quickly response for nonconforming sorting activity, and coordinating customer needs with other functions as required.</p> <p>To eliminate a recurrence of the issues, they will have a meeting that find a root cause and corrective action with regarding team.</p>
