About this role
<p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style:none"> <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>Managing production assembly lines</li> <li>Assisting their teams to complete orders</li> <li>Preparing reports- Production Report, Inspection Reports, sop check sheet</li> <li>Maintain records and documentation of the entire production process.</li> <li>Maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring employees follow safety regulations and procedures</li> <li>Ensuring that production goals are met by monitoring equipment performance and employee output</li> <li>Supervising a team of workers to ensure they are performing their duties efficiently</li> <li>Ensuring that all materials are available for production through inventory management of raw materials and finished goods</li> <li>Coordinate with other departments to determine the demand for the product.</li> <li>Manage the production process and make sure the final product meets quality standards</li> <li>Ensure the final product is according to customer’s requirements.</li> <li>Coordinate production workflow for the products with Production Manager and higher management</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong> </strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideal candidate experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>4 to 5y ears experience in Robotic welding </strong>in a reputed manufacturing company.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style:none"> <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>At least five years' production line experience in a Robotic Welding( ABB,Moto-Man)</li> <li>Experience in a supervisory role preferred</li> <li>Extensive knowledge of product specifications and production standards</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of industry regulations</li> <li>Manufacturing expertise</li> <li>Interpersonal communication</li> <li>Leadership</li> <li>Ability to facilitate communication between managers, supervisors and production team members</li> <li>Knowledge of Welding Robot is a must.</li> <li>Knowledge of MS Office and ERP SAP systems is a must.</li> <li>Knowledge of various manufacturing processes and techniques</li> <li>Strong organizational skills.</li> <li>Outstanding problem-solving skills</li> <li>Excellent communication skills.</li> <li>Should demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities.</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
