<p> </p> <p><strong><u>About the position</u></strong></p> <p>As a <strong>Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)</strong>, you will manage <strong>production and materials planning</strong> and ensure a <strong>reliable supply to the production department</strong>. You will coordinate material flows, work closely with internal departments and suppliers, and respond flexibly to last-minute requests. In doing so, you will work closely with Purchasing and actively contribute to <strong>stock optimization</strong> and the further <strong>development of efficient logistics processes</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Hybrid setup: </strong>4 days in the office, 1 day work from home</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Languages:</strong> fluent German &amp; English</p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <p><strong>Production Planning / Scheduling:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Planning the production in SAP </li> <li>Close and continuous coordination with production in your division regarding personnel and material availability</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Material Planning / Scheduling:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Creation and distribution of material release orders from the SAP ERP system to the relevant suppliers, taking into account stock optimization / reduction</li> <li>Daily review of parts availability in accordance with production planning via the SAP ERP system</li> <li>Daily review and coordination with suppliers and production regarding parts critical to supply</li> <li>Coordination with suppliers in the event of capacity bottlenecks or shipping issues</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong> </strong><strong><u>Job Requirements</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>A degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on logistics, or a business apprenticeship, or extensive experience in a comparable position</li> <li>Good English skills</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>#LI-CC</p><p> </p> <p><strong>We don&apos;t want average performance.
