Security models, workflows, custom SQL reports, VisionPlex screens, EDI integrations — you design and own the configurations that turn Plex into a genuine competitive advantage for the business. When the system isn't delivering for the plant, you're the one who sees it first and fixes it. You bring structure where there's ambiguity, reliability where there's been guesswork, and capability where people have been working around limitations for years. This is a high-visibility role at the center of a multi-year supply chain transformation. You'll be a primary driver of ERP utilization across Powertrain Americas — partnering directly with supply chain leadership and plant operations to close the gap between what Plex can do and what the business actually needs. The goal is straightforward but meaningful: accurate data, clean configurations, optimized workflows, and a system people trust to make decisions.
