<p>We are looking for a proactive, resilient, and adaptable HR professional with previous experience in an automotive manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production setting, can effectively manage changing priorities, and confidently support both employees and management in a dynamic organization.</p> <p>The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee development, HR reporting, and operational HR projects, while partnering closely with production and business leaders to support organizational goals.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Oversee and coordinate employee training and development processes</li> <li>Manage end-to-end recruitment projects, particularly for manufacturing and operational roles</li> <li>Coordinate cooperation with external service providers and recruitment/training partners</li> <li>Prepare, monitor, and analyze HR reports and KPI metrics</li> <li>Support HR audits and prepare required documentation and data</li> <li>Participate in and lead soft HR projects and employee engagement initiatives</li> <li>Deliver internal training sessions and workshops</li> <li>Support organizational changes and continuous improvement initiatives within a production environment</li> <li>Collaborate closely with managers and employees across manufacturing operations</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or a related field</li> <li>Previous HR experience within the automotive manufacturing industry or a similar production environment</li> <li>Strong understanding of the challenges and pace of manufacturing operations</li> <li>Native or near-native Polish language proficiency (C2 level) and very good command of English (minimum B2 level)</li> <li>Very good knowledge of MS Office package</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels</li> <li>High level of resilience, adaptability, and flexibility in a changing environment</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively</li> <li>Hands-on, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset</li> </ul> <p>#LI-AG</p>
