<li>Ensure safe, compliant and efficient execution of all maintenance activities (preventive, corrective and emergency)</li> <li>Lead and manage the maintenance organization to deliver reliable and predictable performance</li> <li>Establish and maintain effective maintenance processes, standards and procedures</li> <li>Manage maintenance execution in line with agreed planning, budget and quality requirements</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement of maintenance performance and asset reliability</li> </ul> <p><strong>Decision making authority:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Decides on day-to-day maintenance execution, including prioritization within agreed plans and available resources</li> <li>Decides on allocation of maintenance resources and contractor deployment within approved budgets</li> <li>Defines and improves maintenance work processes, procedures and execution standards</li> <li>Takes operational decisions required to ensure safe and efficient maintenance execution</li> <li>Provides input and recommendations for maintenance budgets, asset strategies and improvement initiatives</li> <li>Escalates and aligns on priorities, major technical decisions and style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities: </b></H2> </div><div><p>The Maintenance Manager reports to the Technical manager and is part of Technical Management Team.</p> <p><strong>General:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Accountable for safe and efficient execution of all maintenance activities</li> <li>Ensure clear ownership and coordination of maintenance-related issues and technical support activities</li> <li>Ensure effective planning, scheduling and backlog control of maintenance work</li> <li>Manage maintenance costs within budget and drive efficiency improvements</li> <li>Ensure effective contractor management in line with company standards</li> <li>Maintain and improve maintenance systems, processes and data quality</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement through structured problem solving, performance review and reduction of failures<br>Ensure timely escalation of operational, technical and resource issues where required</li> </ul> <p><strong>HSE/Q: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Accountable for compliance with all HSE, quality and regulatory requirements</li> <li>Accountable for HSE/Q performance of the maintenance organization and contractors</li> <li>Ensure safe execution of all maintenance activities through enforcement of standards and procedures</li> <li>Promote a strong safety culture and continuous HSE-improvement</li> </ul> <p><strong>People Management:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, manage and develop a high-performing maintenance organization</li> <li>Promote accountability, ownership and professional behavior within the maintenance organization</li> <li>Address performance, behavior and non-compliance in a timely and consistent manner</li> <li>Ensure appropriate staffing, competencies and team development</li> <li>Set clear objectives and manage performance of the team</li> <li>Act as a role model in safety, compliance and company values</li> </ul> <p><strong>KPI’s:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Accountable for maintenance performance through defined KPIs (HSE, quality, planning, cost and reliability)</li> <li>Monitor, report and drive performance improvement based on KPI outcomes</li> Skills / Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Acts and interacts at Bachelor level;</li> <li>Minimum of 10 years relevant maintenance experience, preferably in an international environment;</li> <li>Experienced in development of standards and procedures.</li> <li>Experience with maintenance systems (e.g. SAP) and data-driven performance management;</li> <li>People manager and Team player;</li> <li>Strong communication skills on both strategic and operational level.</li> <li>English and Dutch language skills, both written and verbally.</li> </ul></div></div></div>
