End-to-End Solution Architecture</strong><br> Design<strong> integrated CLM and procurement solutions</strong> with <strong>Sirion as the central CLM platform</strong>.<br> Define architecture aligned with:<br><strong> • SAP S/4HANA (core procurement transactions)</strong><br><strong> • SAP Ariba (sourcing and supplier collaboration)</strong><br> Establish a <strong>target-state procurement architecture</strong> incorporating multiple SaaS applications.</p> <p><br><strong>• 2. Sirion CLM Solution Leadership</strong><br> Own the <strong>design and implementation of Sirion CLM</strong>, including:<br> • Contract templates and clause libraries<br> • Workflow orchestration and approvals<br> • Obligation and compliance tracking<br> Ensure strong linkage between <strong>contracts (Sirion)</strong> and <strong>execution (SAP systems)</strong>.</p> <p><br><strong>• 3. SaaS Application Onboarding & Fitment (Core Capability)</strong><br> Lead evaluation, onboarding, and integration of procurement SaaS applications across:<br> • Strategic sourcing (RFx), SLM, CLM, spend analytics, P2P<br> Conduct fitment analysis by:<br> • Mapping tools to processes<br> • Identifying gaps, overlaps, and dependencies<br> Ensure each application has a <strong>clearly defined role in the ecosystem.</strong></p> <p><br><strong>• 4. Procurement Workstream Mapping</strong><br> Align SaaS platforms to procurement streams:<br> • <strong>S2C </strong>→ Ariba, sourcing tools, Sirion<br> • <strong>CLM </strong>→ Sirion (system of record)<br> • <strong>P2P </strong>→ SAP S/4HANA<br> • <strong>SLM </strong>→ Ariba / external tools<br> Ensure <strong>seamless data flow and process continuity </strong>with <strong>standardized workflows</strong>.</p> <p><br><strong>• 5. SAP Ecosystem Integration (Critical Requirement)</strong><br> Design integration with:<br> • <strong>SAP S/4HANA</strong> → POs, invoices, payments<br> • <strong>SAP Ariba</strong> → sourcing, onboarding<br> • <strong>SAP MDG</strong> → vendor master governance<br> Define integration via APIs, OData, IDocs, middleware (<strong>SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi</strong>).<br> Enable:<br> • <strong>Real-time data exchange across systems</strong><br> • <strong>Single source of truth for contracts, suppliers, and transactions</strong></p> <p><br><strong>• 6. Procurement SaaS Rationalization & Governance</strong><br> Evaluate tools to identify redundancies and consolidation opportunities.<br> Define a <strong>rationalized stack</strong>:<br> • Retain → SAP, Sirion<br> • Replace/Retire → legacy tools<br> Establish governance for onboarding, integration, and lifecycle management.</p> <p> </p> <p><br><strong>• 7. Data Architecture & Insights</strong><br> Define a unified <strong>procurement data model</strong> across: contracts, suppliers, transactions.<br> Align with <strong>SAP and Sirion frameworks</strong>.<br> Enable reporting on:<br> • Contract compliance & obligations<br> • Spend and supplier analytics</p> <p> </p> <p><br><strong>• 8. Innovation & Future Readiness</strong><br> Drive adoption of:<br> • <strong>Gen AI for contract intelligence </strong>(e.g., summarization, clause extraction)<br> • Workflow automation<br> Continuously evaluate emerging tools for <strong>improvement</strong>.</p> <p> </p> <p><br><strong>• 9.
