<p><strong>Location(s)- </strong>London or Bristol (3 days a week in the office as a minimum)</p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>About the role</b></H2> </div><div><p>BT/EE is a major supplier to the Emergency Services Network (ESN), which plans to replace the current Airwave service used by the emergency services of Great Britain.</p> <p>The move to ESN will enable a transformation in how the emergency services operate, especially on the front line.</p> <p>As such, this is a strategic priority for BT and reinforces our commitment to connect for good and serve the emergency services with a world class network. This role will specifically focus on the Mission Critical Push To Talk (MCPTx) services and integrating the application server with the network core.</p> <p>You will be Planning, Leading and delivering the Ran Field Trails in order to, test and assure our capability with a One team approach across the Mobile services, User Services and Authority in parallel with the 3ES user community. </p> <p>You will be required to undergo National Security Vetting to SC or NPPV level.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you’ll be doing</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Planning – E2E planning of projects, including resources, negotiating and securing resources as required.</li> <li>standard as directed by PMO, socialising within key stakeholder groups.</li> <li>Collaborating – working across all design and delivery partners to produce coherent project outcomes.</li> <li>Communicating – working across the stakeholder group, and up to Director level, visibly owning delivery, change and engagement for the project.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Skills / Experience</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Proven track record in project delivery within a technology focussed environment in the telecoms business, ideally linked to providing high priority services over a mobile network.</li> <li>Professional experience delivering medium to large projects (<£5m) within a Gated Project Governance process.</li> <li>Proven communication skills with stakeholders to drive strong, open and sustained communication channels both within the project team and with the wider stakeholder community, up to ‘Director of’.</li> <li>Negotiation skills – experience working with stakeholders to shape the project and proactively solve conflict situations through problem-solving, negotiation, open communication and direct influencing.</li> <li>Planning Skills –experience organising tasks in the right order, to hit the right outcome at the right time through extensive use of MS Project.</li> <li>Budget Management – experience managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets to land projects within budget targets.</li> <li>Hold an industry recognised Project Management Qualification such as PRINCE 2.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Our Package</b></H2> </div><div><p>Tailored benefits make a real difference.
