Summary: We are currently looking for a Senior Facility Technician to join our fast-paced facilities team at our Torrington, CT fuel cell manufacturing facility. This position will report directly to the Facilities Supervisor and will serve as a senior technical resource supporting daily operational readiness, equipment reliability, and long-term facilities performance. The Senior Facility Technician is responsible for performing complex preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; diagnosing and resolving advanced building systems issues; and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across facility infrastructure and manufacturing operations. Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing facilities or industrial maintenance environment, including advanced troubleshooting and repair of building systems and facility equipment. Prior experience serving as a lead technician, mentor, or senior team member is strongly preferred.
