<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Commercial Manager</H2> </div><div><p>Commercial Manager - Gestamp, South Carolina</p> <p>The <strong>COMMERCIAL MANAGER</strong> at Gestamp South Carolina Plants is responsible for coordination and completion of all cost estimation and commercial evaluation activities. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy aimed at increasing revenue, improving profitability, and ensuring long-term business sustainability. The manager works closely with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and prepare accurate, timely quotes that align with the company’s financial goals.</p> <p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br>1. Coordinate the costing of quotations with Gestamp Plants, ensuring alignment with established guidelines and managing the commercial aspects of new business opportunities and engineering changes.<br>2. Create and manage financial models to evaluate the profitability of quotations, ensuring returns meet corporate targets.<br>3. Understand current manufacturing operations and standard costing rates used in quotations including knowledge of capabilities and capacity.<br>4.Develop and align cost assumptions for new products, business opportunities and engineering changes in coordination with plant teams.<br>5.Prepare customer quotations, cost breakdowns, financial models, and other required documentation in accordance with established tools and guidelines.<br>6.Maintain accurate customer pricing data in the system to ensure billing accuracy.<br>7.Support business planning by understanding long-term customer and pricing agreements.<br>8.Manage deliverables to Corporate Sales, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.<br>9.Partner with the Business Development team to define quote parameters for new customer RFQs.<br>10.Participate in financial and quote review meetings with Gestamp Plants and corporate leadership.<br>11.Serve as a key interface, building strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, business units, and plant teams.<br>12.Attend internal and customer meetings as required to support commercial activities.<br>13.Assist in developing departmental standards and procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.<br>14.Coordinate supporting quote documents, including Bills of Material, Customer Price Breakdowns, and Statements of Requirements.<br>15.Actively participate in the Business Planning process to align commercial strategies with company goals.<br>16.Demonstrate knowledge of and support for the company’s mission, vision, values, policies, procedures, confidentiality standards, and code of ethical behavior.</p> <p><br><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong><br>1.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.<br>2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in costing, financial modeling, analysis, and customer account management.<br>3.Proven experience in automotive costing and customer account management is required.<br>4.Prior experience in automotive metal stamping and assembly is preferred.</p></div></div></div>
