<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:20.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Maintenance Manager</H2> </div><div><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p> <p>Manage all aspects of maintenance on production equipment and facilities. Drive uptime improvement efforts by implementing a preventive maintenance program and coordinating all corrective maintenance activities. Ensure that proper staffing, training, tools, and maintenance plans are in place to maximize equipment availability in the most cost-efficient manner.</p> <p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <p>1. Responsible for leadership and supervision of all members of the maintenance.<br>2. Responsible for ensuring safe work practices are always being utilized by the members of the maintenance department.<br>3. Ensure proper staffing.<br>4. Responsible for the maintenance annual budget.<br>5. Responsible for maximizing machine uptime on all production equipment.<br>6. Work closely with production management to schedule maintenance activities based on equipment, manpower, and spare parts availability.<br>7. Review all completed work orders and ensure items requiring follow up are acted upon appropriately and assist in tracking these actions required to completion.<br>8. Use a data driven approach to continuous improvement.<br>9. Assist in locating and purchasing materials required to complete maintenance activities.<br>10. Ensure that an appropriate inventory of spare parts is maintained.<br>11. Implement a proactive approach to maintenance including predictive maintenance activities such as infrared, vibration, and oil analysis. <br>12. Utilize the CMMS system for logging all maintenance activities and driving lessons learned.<br>13. Ensure all technical materials and training are available as required to support the maintenance technicians.<br>14. Assist with 8D and problem resolution for qualities issues related to equipment performance.<br>15. Participation in the Layered Process Audit schedule.<br>16. Participation in the Internal ISO 9001/IATF 16949 Audit schedule (applies only to certified ISO 9001/IATF 16949 internal auditors).<br>17. Participation and cooperation in answering questions and providing information for internal and external audits regarding or related to ISO 9001/IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and customer standards.<br>18. Any task deemed necessary by management.</p> <p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <p>1. A four-year college degree in Engineering or similar is preferred. <br>2. 8-10 years industrial maintenance experience in automotive industry<br>3. Hot stamping, sheet metal, robotic welding, material handling, laser cutting and shot blasting experience.<br>4. Experience with CMMS programs – preferably SAP PM.</p> <p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</strong></p> <p>1. Comprehensive knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and components<br>2. Strong Leadership skills<br>3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.<br>4. Microsoft Office skills to include Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.</p></div></div></div>
