In this role, you will drive performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. </strong><strong>This position is ideal for a strong leader with automotive assembly experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a solid understanding of quality systems and lean manufacturing. Success in this role requires decisive leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both internal teams and customers.</strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>Champion a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with PPE, safety standards, and lockout/tag out procedures<br>Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and integrity aligned with company values<br>Lead, develop, and execute operational strategies focused on safety, quality, delivery, and lean systems<br>Collaborate closely with plant leadership, production scheduling, and sales to align operations with customer demand<br>Anticipate operational challenges and implement proactive solutions to maintain performance<br>Ensure execution of standardized work, including 5S, quality processes, maintenance, and daily management routines<br>Drive continuous improvement initiatives and remove barriers that impact performance<br>Monitor and enhance cross-functional support services, including IT, HR, Finance, and Accounting<br>Build and develop high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, training, and succession planning<br>Prioritize and resolve operational issues based on business impact and present resource needs to leadership<br>Lead by example with strong communication, accountability, and a positive team-focused mindset<br>Perform additional duties as needed to support business objectives</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong><br>Bachelor’s degree preferred<br>Experience in automotive manufacturing or assembly environments preferred<br>Proven supervisory or leadership experience<br>Strong technical and computer skills</p> <p><strong>Skills and Attributes</strong><br>Ability to interpret operational data and performance metrics<br>Strong understanding of financial and production reporting<br>Exceptional leadership and team development skills<br>Effective communicator with strong verbal, written, and listening abilities<br>Skilled in conflict resolution and decision-making<br>Positive, respectful, and motivating leadership style<br>Fluent English communication skills<br>Budget management experience</p> <p><strong><em>Why Join Us?</em></strong><br><strong><em>This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role where your ideas and expertise will directly influence operational success.
