<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Long Description</H2> </div><div><p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Role Summary</strong></span></p> <p>Production support to Welding Assembly lines, equipment fault recovery, electrical trouble shooting, pneumatic trouble shooting, mechanical aptitude/ability to use hand tools, ability to work in a fast paced environment, Fanuc robot knowledge/programming. </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Key Responsibility</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Improve department communication through turnover activity and interpersonal relations. </li> <li>Increase productivity of department by managing troubleshooting, and PM activities through proper distribution of personnel resources. </li> <li>Contribute to the 5S, housekeeping of the entire plant, including but not limited to, being on call for any oil spills, environmental problems.</li> <li>Completion of miscellaneous duties and projects, excellent written and verbal skills.</li> <li>Any other duties deemed necessary or appropriate.</li> <li>Able to work shutdowns, Holidays.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Key Qualifications / Requirements</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to drive forklift and maintain certification.</li> <li>Must be able to work at heights. </li> <li>Must have strength and stamina to lift and maneuver heavy objects.</li> <li>Electrical 12-volt dc to 600-volt ac basic working knowledge.</li> <li>Problem Solving – Recognize and solve the malfunctioning of the machine and recognize and solve quality problems of formed part.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Knowledge and Education</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>HS diploma/GED + advanced technical training in electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, and robotics. </li> <li>Prefer USDOL Journeyman’s certificate or equivalent work experience or skills training.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Work Experience</strong></span></p> <p>5 years previous employment in a manufacturing environment – automotive preferred.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Additional Information</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.</li> <li>ABCD Shift schedule - Night Crew</li> </ul></div></div></div>
