<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Maintenance Technician</H2> </div><div><p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance repairs, and Facility maintenance activities.</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>1. Understand and comply with all OSHA, safety and PPE requirements;<br> 2. Understand and comply with all ISO and environmental requirements.<br> 3. Supports the team in operational improvements.<br> 4. Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting, upkeep and preventive maintenance on cold/hot stamp presses, robots, laser and weld assembly equipment.<br> 5. Recognize and solve machine malfunctions in a timely manner. <br> 6. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment. <br> 7. Prepare and set up machinery to meet production requirements.<br> 8. Assist in die change operations.<br> 9. Read and understand equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance service.<br> 10. Daily 5S and work area organization<br> 11. Computerized work order completion via Captor/SAP.<br> 12. Programmable Logic Control to assist with machine operations and efficiency.<br> 13. Support team functions by:<br> a. Continuing improvements <br> b. Cross-training with others<br> c. Backfills other work stations as needed<br> d. Problem solving<br> e. Supports operational metrics and meets operational needs <br> 14. Other duties as assigned<br> EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p> <p>1. High School Diploma or GED<br> 2. Maintenance Experience (Preferred)<br> 3. Journeyman or comparable experience <br> KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p> <p>1. Follow Standardized Work Instructions<br> 2.
