Each Valentino colleague is crucial to guarantee that every need in Valentino is met with mastery, creativity, uniqueness, and care.</p> <p> </p><p>We are looking for an <strong>IP Legal Counsel </strong> based in <strong>MILAN</strong>. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Main Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Management of trademark, design, and domain name portfolios</li> <li>Preparation of trademark and design filing activities, including worldwide clearance and availability searches across relevant databases</li> <li>Drafting and reviewing Letters of Intent (LOIs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Coexistence Agreements, and Intellectual Property licensing agreements.</li> <li>Management of civil and criminal intellectual property disputes, including cease-and-desist letters and settlement agreements</li> <li>Brand Protection: management of online and offline anti-counterfeiting activities, including coordination with external service providers and relationships with competent authorities</li> <li>Organization of training sessions for Customs Authorities, Police, and the Financial Police on intellectual property protection and anti-counterfeiting</li> <li>Providing intellectual property support to internal stakeholders, including the Commercial and Customer Care departments, in managing IP-related requests.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in Law (5-year degree)</li> <li>3 years of experience in a similar Intellectual Property role within the Fashion/Luxury industry</li> <li>Interest in Intellectual Property matters and willingness to develop expertise in the field</li> <li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word</li> <li>Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.</li> </ul> <p> </p><p>The Valentino ecosystem is home to a wide and extraordinary pool of talents, each colleague contributing with their unique attributes, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and equality.
