This hybrid position combines client-facing responsibilities with back-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless luxury experience and efficient store functionality. The Advisor will contribute to sales goals, client development, inventory management, and operational compliance.</p> <p><em>This position offers a pay range of $20–$25 per hour, plus commission on base salary. Compensation is based on candidate experience and is subject to change.</em></p> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></h2> <p><strong>Client Engagement & Sales</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver the Valentino Couture Service across all phases of the client journey.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and clienteling.</li> <li>Support store KPIs including conversion rate, cross-selling, AVT, and upselling.</li> <li>Participate in OTO appointments and private client experiences.</li> <li>Handle all sales and after-sales activities including returns, repairs, and complaints.</li> <li>Escalate client issues to Store Management as needed.</li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Inventory & Stockroom Management</span></h2> <ul> <li>Execute cycle counts and annual inventory audits on schedule with set by Corp office</li> <li>Maintain a clean, organized, and secure stockroom.</li> <li>Ensure accurate pricing, tagging, and ticketing of merchandise.</li> <li>Monitor and replenish floor stock to maximize sales.</li> <li>Partner with Store Manager to optimize stockroom layout and product rotation.</li> <li>Train team members on inventory guidelines and procedures.</li> </ul> </div> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Operations & Logistics</span></h2> <ul> <li>Follow all company operations procedures including consignments, transfers, messenger deliveries, and omnichannel fulfillment.</li> <li>Prepare and manage shipments to clients, other stores, and warehouses.</li> <li>Assist with receiving, shipping, and stock transfers.</li> <li>Support front-of-house presentation and maintenance during peak hours.</li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt">After Sales & Repairs</span></h2> <ul> <li>Manage full-cycle after-sales service including SAP updates, client communication, and vendor coordination.</li> <li>Execute in-house repairs and monogram requests where applicable.</li> <li>Partner with corporate after-sales department and third-party vendors.</li> <li>Ensure high-level service and timely resolution of client issues.</li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Visual Merchandising</span></h2> <ul> <li>Support visual standards and display maintenance in collaboration with In-Store Visual team.</li> <li>Assist with floor directives and product presentation.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h2><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Requirements:</span></h2> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, with a background in both client service and operations.</li> <li>Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.</li> <li>Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.</li> <li>Experience with retail systems including POS and SAP.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.</li> <li>Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable mindset.</li> <li>Experience in escalated customer service situations in retail.</li> <li>Prior Sales, After Sales and Stock Associate experience in luxury retail.</li> <li>Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.</li> <li>Experience in retail systems and operations.</li> <li>Ability to work flexible retail schedule.</li> </ul><p> </p> <p><strong>HOW WE ARE</strong></p> <p>The Valentino ecosystem is home to a wide and extraordinary pool of talents, each colleague contributing with their unique attributes, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and equality.
