Each Valentino colleague is crucial to guarantee that every need in Valentino is met with mastery, creativity, uniqueness, and care.</p><p><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR</strong></p> <p>A NYC base Retail Specialist who will play a key role in supporting cross-functional initiatives, driving reporting accuracy, and enabling the retail team through both administrative and analytical contributions.</p> <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="2" width="100%"></div> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Provide high-level administrative support to the VP Of Retail, including proactively managing complex calendars, scheduling, and travel coordination</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, both domestically and internationally</li> <li>Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism</li> <li>Support preparation for business travel and market visits, ensuring all logistics and materials are organized in advance</li> <li>Coordinate and prepare internal and external meetings, presentations, video conferences, and conference calls</li> <li>Evaluate existing reporting tools and recommend enhancements to improve tracking of performance across the Americas East retail network, in partnership with Worldwide (WW) teams</li> <li>Manage weekly store feedback and compile summaries highlighting key business drivers, including appointments, consignments, and clienteling initiatives</li> <li>Assist in the development of sales budgets and commercial targets, providing ad hoc analysis as needed</li> <li>Support performance analysis across key KPIs (UPT, Conversion, Cross-Selling, ATV, ASP) at both store and individual levels when applicable</li> <li>Partner with leadership to propose and implement sales incentives and contests; track performance impact and gather feedback</li> </ul> <div align="center"><hr align="center" size="2" width="100%"></div> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field preferred not required</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years minium of experience in an administrative or coordination role within a retail environment</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI</li> <li>Exceptional organizational, time management, and follow-up skills</li> <li>Strong analytical mindset with a sales-driven, results-oriented approach</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal presence</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities</li> <li>High level of professionalism, energy, and attention to detail</li> <li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently while also contributing as a collaborative team player</li> </ul> <p><strong>The base salary: $65,000-$70,000 ( subject to change and is based on experience)</strong></p><p><strong>HOW WE ARE</strong></p> <p>The Valentino ecosystem is home to a wide and extraordinary pool of talents, each colleague contributing with their unique attributes, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and equality.
