This is a unique opportunity to take part in a major HR digital transformation, as Valentino launches the implementation of a <strong>new global HCM platform</strong>.</span></p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul style="text-align:justify" type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Support the management of HR processes across our global HRIS modules — Core HR, Talent & Development, Recruiting, and Learning.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Help deliver training and enablement for key users, equipping the HR community with the digital skills they need.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Support HR data quality and data integrity across systems, identifying and correcting inconsistencies.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Support data migration and reconciliation activities within the HRIS transformation.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Support the configuration and testing of HRIS modules and new system releases.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Manage master data and user access within the HR systems.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Provide first-level support to key users, helping to resolve queries and improve adoption.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Maintain user guides, FAQs, and process documentation for the HR community.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Collaborate with external consultants on day-to-day business operations and application maintenance.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Contribute to the rollout of new digital HR solutions and process improvements.</span></li> </ul> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p> <ul style="text-align:justify" type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Recently completed a degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Interest in HR Transformation and HR Data Management.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Good knowledge of English.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office 365 suite; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday or SuccessFactors) and business management software is a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">A proactive and flexible team player with strong communication skills.</span></li> </ul> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><strong>What we're looking for:</strong> Above all, we want someone <strong>sharp, curious, and self-driven</strong> — a person who takes initiative, learns fast, and is genuinely eager to roll up their sleeves and make an impact.
