Each Valentino colleague is crucial to guarantee that every need in Valentino is met with mastery, creativity, uniqueness, and care.</p> <p> </p><p>We are looking for a Junior Business Controller based in MILAN. </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Main activities and responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.</li> <li>Contribute to monthly closing activities, including margins analysis and variance analysis versus budget and forecast.</li> <li>Support the monitoring of business performance across channels and regions, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.</li> <li>Support the development and maintenance of detailed cost-saving trackers and performance files.</li> <li>Support the preparation of reports related to sales campaigns and delivery performance.</li> <li>Manage and monitor intercompany transactions, ensuring proper allocation of product and service flows.</li> <li>Support pricing analysis activities, including monitoring price positioning, discount dynamics, and impact on margins.</li> <li>Support ad hoc analyses and business requests, with a proactive and problem-solving approach.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master’s degree in economics</li> <li>1/2 years of working experience in similar role within international and structured organizations</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel</li> <li>Knowledge of SAP and Tagetik reporting system is a plus</li> <li>Strong analytical skills</li> <li>English fluent</li> </ul> <p> </p><p>The Valentino ecosystem is home to a wide and extraordinary pool of talents, each colleague contributing with their unique attributes, nurturing a culture of inclusivity and equality.
