<p>As a successful family-owned company on a path to global growth, the Brose Group offers challenging responsibilities and exciting career opportunities to performance-driven, skilled specialists with solid professional knowledge and proven career expertise who wish to contribute to our company’s success.</p><p>Your tasks</p> <ul> <li>Lead primarily B-Projects from project nomination through stable series production.</li> <li>Plan and manage complete customer projects in alignment with all affected stakeholders, customers, suppliers, business units, group functions, and plant organizations.</li> <li>Independently plan and control all processes, activities, and capacities required to develop a production-ready product in accordance with the Product Development Process (PDP).</li> <li>Create project proposals and manage project changes through project closure, including preparation of status reports, change documentation, and final project reports.</li> <li>Develop, agree, maintain, communicate, and continuously update the master timing plan while monitoring project progress and initiating corrective actions when necessary.</li> <li>Serve as the primary interface to customers and suppliers for all project-related matters and decisions.</li> <li>Decide on the implementation of project changes and customer-related courses of action.</li> <li>Ensure effective operational risk management throughout the entire project lifecycle.</li> <li>Prepare and present Quality Gate reports in accordance with PDP requirements in collaboration with the project team.</li> <li>Lead global cross-functional project teams in accordance with the Project Management Handbook and defined project management standards.</li> </ul> <p>Your Profile</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field.</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management, including at least 3 years of experience leading projects with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in managing product development and industrialization projects within a manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Fulfills the competency profile of a Senior Project Manager.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, project planning, risk management, and change management.</li> <li>Ability to lead global project teams and effectively manage customer and supplier relationships.</li> <li>Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.</li> <li>Fluent in spoken and written English.</li> <li>High level of ownership, accountability, customer focus, and results orientation.</li> <li>Strong leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities in an international matrix organization.</li> </ul><p><strong>We offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>meal voucher 135 Kč/day, discounts in Nová Karolina mall food court</li> <li>pension and life insurance contribution </li> <li>transport allowance</li> <li>e-benefits - Benefit Plus</li> <li>Christmas and summer holidays financial bonus, profit shares</li> <li>office or near shopping mall underground free parking</li> <li>modern and newly equipped offices</li> <li>flexible working hours (core time 9am – 2pm), 7,5 hours shifts</li> <li>very good transport accessibility by tram, bus, train, bike or scooter thanks to the location of Ostrava city centre </li> <li>language and other courses </li> <li>rehabilitation centre based in our plant in Kopřivnice</li> <li>sport and culture events, camps for children </li> <li>discounted mobile and internet tariffs from Vodafone </li> <li>laptop, mobile phone</li> <li>friendly and relaxed atmosphere</li> <li>innovative environment (we improve automate, robotise)</li> <li>5 weeks holidays</li> <li>business trips abroad</li> </ul>
