Then apply now for the following opening!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p><p>Your tasks</p> <ul> <li>The Hardware Developer Electronics is responsible for defining,designing,and guiding the implementation of embedded hardware for automotive motor control systems such as Traction drives,Engine Cooling Fans,blowers and Vehicle Control Unit.</li> <li>This role requires know-how in Motor Control Strategies,Motor Topologies,Embedded Systems,Power.</li> <li>Electronics,Functional Safety and Cyber Security.</li> <li>Define end-to-end hardware architecture for motor control ECUs (BLDC,PMSM).</li> <li>Design and review power electronics (inverters,gate drivers,DC-DC converters).</li> <li>Select and integrate automotive microcontrollers and key peripherals (ADC,PWM,timers).</li> <li>Architect communication interfaces(CAN,LIN,SPI) for robust vehicle integration.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with ISO 26262,EMC/EMI,and automotive quality standards.</li> <li>Support safety analysis (FMEA,FMEDA,FTA) and implement hardware safety mechanisms.</li> <li>Guide PCB design for high-power and mixed-signal systems (SI,thermal,EMC).</li> <li>Lead hardware validation, debugging,and root cause analysis.</li> <li>Collaborate with software,mechanical,and validation teams for system integration</li> </ul> <p>Your Profile</p> <ul> <li>Working experience of electronics concepts/topologies like Buck,Boost,Inverter and Motor controller.</li> <li>Working experience of 3-Phase / Multi-Phase H-bridge integrated drivers e.g. Infineon TLE9180, Texas Instrument DRV3256,DRV8363,UCC27712,UCC21530</li> <li>Detailed understanding of switching devices e.g.MOSFETs, IGBTs,SiC FETs inlc. parasitic components,losses and selection criteria with waveforms.</li> <li>Working experience with microcontroller peripherals e.g. Timers, PWM,ADCs,I/O’s, & OpAmps.</li> <li>Microcontroller interfaces like SBC, EEPROMs,HSDs,LSDs,CAN/CAN-FD,SPI,I2C etc.</li> <li>Working experience with microcontrollers like NXP S12Z,Infineon TLE987x,S32K1/K3.</li> <li>Design of protections in compliance with ISO 16750 & similar standards</li> <li>Experience in component selection,diagnostic methodology.Design experience of Snubber,boot strap,power supplies</li> <li>Simulations:ORCAD capture,LTspice,etc.</li> <li>Working experience of rotor position sensors,encoders,HALL sensors.</li> <li>Working experience of EMI EMC compliance with CISPR25 / ECER10 / AIS004</li> <li>PCB layout constraints for low EMI robustness.</li> <li>Root Cause Analysis methods e.g. 5 WHY,8D,Fishbone.</li> <li>Quality compliance FMEA,DRBFM,Worst case analysis(WCCA).</li> <li>Hands-on experience with measuring instruments like Oscilloscopes,FGs,DMMs,Power analyzers,CAN analyzers etc.</li> <li>Graduate / Post-graduate degree / PhD(e.g. Electronics,Electrical,Power Electronics,Instrumentation)</li> <li>Work Exp 6-8years.</li> </ul><p> </p> <p style="text-align:justify">Are you ready to take the next step in your career, and take on new tasks?
