<p style="text-align:justify">As a successful family-owned company on a path to global growth, the Brose Group offers challenging responsibilities and exciting career opportunities to performance-driven, skilled specialists with solid professional knowledge and proven career expertise who wish to contribute to our company’s success.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p>Your tasks</p> <ul> <li>Lead technical requirements and product solutions both internally and externally, from acquisition through project launch.</li> <li>Define functional and non-functional hardware requirements, ensuring alignment with system-level specifications.</li> <li>Oversee circuit design, schematic development, and hardware documentation (e.g., EMC test plans).</li> <li>Review and validate worst-case analyses for thermal and electrical performance to ensure reliability and safety.</li> <li>Supervise electrical simulations of sub-circuits using industry-standard tools (e.g., PSpice).</li> <li>Coordinate ESD, EMC, and electrical testing at certified laboratories, ensuring compliance with automotive standards.</li> <li>Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for deviations from electrical specifications.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (software, mechanical, and system engineering) throughout the product lifecycle.</li> <li>Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the team.</li> </ul> <p>Your Profile</p> <ul> <li>Over 8–10 years of strong expertise in embedded hardware design for automotive comfort systems, including analog/digital circuits, power management for 12V/48V systems, and CAN/LIN communication.</li> <li>Proficient in schematic design, PCB layout, and simulation tools such as PSpice.</li> <li>Solid understanding of EMC/ESD compliance, electrical robustness testing, and automotive standards such as ISO 26262, AEC-Q100, and OEM-specific requirements.</li> <li>Familiar with EDA tools (Altium, OrCAD) and lifecycle management platforms.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer interaction.</li> </ul><p> </p> <p>With our Brose work environment, we offer you a modern working environment:<br>The flexible office concept promotes a working atmosphere characterized by open communication and the greatest possible efficiency.
