This role is about far more than compliance. You will lead a capable Health, Safety and Training team while driving the maturity of operational risk management, critical control verification, incident learning and leadership capability across the operation. Success in this role will be measured by the quality of risk-based decision making, the effectiveness of critical controls and the capability of leaders to manage risk in the field. We are looking for a leader who can improve how risk decisions are made across the operation, not simply manage safety systems.
