<ul> <li><strong>8 days on 6 days off, FIFO roster from Perth </strong></li> <li><strong>Significant experience in mining operations and project delivery</strong><strong> </strong></li> <li><strong>Western Australian A Grade Electrical Licence</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></p> <p>Granny Smith Gold Mine is seeking an experienced and motivated Coordinator: Projects (Electrical) to support the successful delivery of capital and sustaining projects across our operation.</p> <p> </p> <p>In this key role, you will coordinate the design, execution, and implementation of electrical engineering components, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.</p> <p> </p> <p>Working closely with site stakeholders, contractors, and project teams, you will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with statutory requirements and Gold Fields standards while contributing to the ongoing success and reliability of our mining operations.</p> <p><a name="_Hlk213923844"></a><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Why You’ll Love Working for Us</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Permanent role with a leading gold producer</li> <li>6% site allowance, 10% annual site bonus</li> <li>Monthly private health insurance allowance</li> <li>5 weeks annual leave, long service leave after 5 years, paid parental leave</li> <li>$10K employee referral bonus</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate the delivery of electrical capital and sustaining projects across processing, underground, and surface operations, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective outcomes.</li> <li>Provide technical oversight of electrical designs, installations, upgrades, and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and site requirements.</li> <li>Manage electrical contractors, consultants, and vendors to achieve project objectives while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance.</li> <li>Develop and monitor project scopes, schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and resource requirements to support successful project execution.</li> <li>Champion a strong safety culture and statutory compliance, working collaboratively with site stakeholders to integrate project outcomes into ongoing operations.<br><br></li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hold a current Western Australian A Grade Electrical Licence, WA Statutory Supervisor Qualification (Schedule 26) and C Class Driver’s Licence.</li> <li>WA Electrical Nominee’s and/or HV Switching Certificate (Highly Desirable)</li> <li>Bring significant experience in mining operations and project delivery, including experience in a similar role within underground mining, mineral processing, or associated infrastructure environments.</li> <li>Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of electrical infrastructure, site services, mobile equipment, and mining plant operations, ideally within WA gold mining and FIFO environments.</li> <li>Possess a solid understanding of WA mining legislation, safety management systems, and proven leadership experience in a multidisciplinary team environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>About Gold Fields</strong></p> <p>At Gold Fields, we believe great leadership is grounded in empathy, respect, and growth.
