Your responsibilities will include:<br><br></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>Operating the <strong>Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU)</strong> during coiling operations.</li> <li>Using forklifts to transport equipment, consumables, and scrap materials across the line.</li> <li>Leading the installation of material packaging and supporting setup of customer work reels and coiled tubing units.</li> <li>Managing documentation and updating tracking systems with accuracy and clarity.</li> <li>Assisting with <strong>Laydown operations</strong> for concentric installations.</li> <li>Operating the <strong>Level Winder</strong> during spooling and applying rust inhibitors to pipe surfaces.</li> <li>Supporting spool loading/unloading and internal order line setups.</li> <li>Performing visual inspections during coiling and reporting quality concerns.</li> <li>Controlling pipe coiling and positioning of the spool and HPU.</li> <li>Identifying and managing key quality aspects for final product acceptance.</li> <li>Installing and replacing accessories and handling materials safely.</li> <li>Assisting with machine lockouts/tagouts and performing basic operational maintenance.</li> <li>Interpreting job instructions and executing tasks based on system information.</li> </ul> <div> <p><strong><br>Preferred Qualifications </strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Ability to work in a team and maintain a good attitude </li> <li>Familiar with operating a forklift </li> <li>Familiar with operating an overhead crane </li> <li>Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and / or weekends </li> <li>Familiar with the ERW process and the Tubing Industry </li> </ul> </div> <p><strong><br>Important Notes:<br></strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li><strong>Relocation is not available</strong> for this position.
