<h1>Job Title</h1> <p>Verification & Control Inspector (NDT Processes)</p> <p>Location : Cilegon, Banten</p> <hr> <h1>Purpose</h1> <p>Performs verifications, final inspections, and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) process verification activities to ensure product and process compliance with applicable specifications, standards, and quality requirements.</p> <hr> <h1>Main Responsibilities</h1> <ul> <li> <p>Performs verifications and/or final inspections as requested in accordance with defined procedures and standards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Verifies the correct execution and compliance of NDT processes, including:</p> <ul> <li>Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)</li> <li>Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)</li> <li>Ultrasonic Testing (UT)</li> <li>Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL)<br>Ensures methods, equipment setup, calibration status, and operator practices are aligned with applicable standards and procedures.</li> </ul> </li> <li> <p>Reports results of verifications, inspections, and NDT process assessments, ensuring accuracy and full traceability.</p> </li> <li> <p>Supports manufacturing areas on technical and quality-related matters, including NDT-related requirements and practices.</p> </li> <li> <p>Evaluates the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions derived from quality events, including those related to inspection and NDT processes.</p> </li> <li> <p>Detects and reports any HSE deviation or risk observed during inspection and verification activities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Acts as a reference in terms of process and product quality, including inspection methodologies and NDT process compliance.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proposes solutions to problems or risks detected and follows up on the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Performs product, process, and system audits, including verification of inspection and NDT activities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensures that facilities, equipment, and inspection tools (including NDT-related equipment) are protected from damage, misuse, or deterioration.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintains verification of equipment status, including calibration and identification where applicable.</p> </li> <li> <p>Complies with company policies, procedures, and management standards, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.</p> </li> </ul> <div> <h1><span style="font-size:18.0pt"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></h1> <h3><strong>Education</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials) or related field.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Experience</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or NDT-related activities.</li> <li>Hands-on exposure to inspection and verification processes in industrial environments.</li> </ul> <hr> <h3><strong>NDT Competency Requirement (Level II Expectation)</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Minimum requirement: Level II competency (certified or equivalent experience) in at least two (2) of the following NDT methods:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Magnetic Particle Testing (<strong>MT</strong>)</li> <li>Liquid Penetrant Testing (<strong>PT</strong>)</li> <li>Ultrasonic Testing (<strong>UT</strong>)</li> <li>Magnetic Flux Leakage (<strong>MFL</strong>)</li> <li>Visual Testing (<strong>VT</strong>)</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </div>
