Checks and follows up on the feedback gathered from the field about product performance and general on field information valuable for Tenaris.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">Main Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">• Follows up that there is a correct use of Tenaris Hydril recommended practices, controlling and ensuring well site preparations and running, and well site repairing of Tenaris Premium Connections, preventing potential problems and incidents maximizing a safer and efficient installation of our products.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">• Provides technical support and directly liaising with customer representative to assure the product is installed in the most efficient manner allowing the product to perform to its optimum design potential.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">• Assists Tenaris general overview to customer's representative at rig site using our internet sites and info and any other specific one applicable for the operation or region visited.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">• Follows up on customer's representative about Tenaris perception (product and services) to identify potential areas to improve.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">• Responsible for updated self-training and knowledge on Tenaris Standards and procedures according to FISE training curricula.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">• Responsible for service report fulfilment same in timely fashion both hardcopy and electronically (running assistance report, miscellaneous, log time, inspection, service ticket and specific as dopeless and visit ones)</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">• Provide Feedback from the field and industry of perception / attitude toward Tenaris & competitors products, service and technical innovations. Set up files & add to office reference library for competitor’s products and technical innovations.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif">• Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.</span></p>
