<p><strong>Position Title:</strong> AI Business Analyst / Analista de IA y Automatización<br><strong>Location: </strong>Guadalajara Jalisco, Hybrid Working Scheme (Providencia Office)<br><strong>English Advanced</strong><br><br><strong>Summary</strong></p> <p>This role will support the enterprise adoption of Generative AI, M365 Copilot, and AI-driven analytics capabilities.</p> <p>The Analyst – AI & Analytics will act as a front-line enablement and support resource, helping business users leverage AI tools to accelerate insights and productivity.</p> <p>The position plays a critical role in enabling Hershey’s vision of real-time, self-service, AI-powered decision-making across the enterprise.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Major Duties/Responsibilities: <br><br></strong></p> <p><em>50% AI Enablement & User Support</em><br>• Provide front-line support for M365 Copilot, Power BI Copilot, and AI tools, acting as first responder for user questions and issues</p> <ul> <li>Prompt engineering and effective Copilot usage</li> <li>Interpreting AI-generated outputs</li> <li>Using natural language to query enterprise data</li> </ul> <p>• Support Copilot adoption across Teams, Excel, Power BI, and Business Chat<br>• Resolve common issues and support technical problems when required<br>• Contribute to building FAQs, prompt libraries, and best practices</p> <p><br><br><em>30% Agentic AI Development Support</em><br>• Assist in building simple AI agents and workflows using:<br>1. Copilot Studio<br>2. Power Platform (Power Automate)<br>3. Pre-built connectors (API integrations)</p> <p> </p> <p>• Support agent prototyping and testing for business use cases<br>• Help configure:<br>1. Prompts + instructions<br>2. Data connections (guided, not engineering-heavy)<br>3. Basic logic flows / decision steps</p> <p>• Participate in agent pilot deployments and user testing<br>• Document agent behavior, inputs, outputs, and limitations </p> <p><br><br><em>20% AI-Driven Analytics Support</em><br>• Create: Usage Guides, Usage Playbooks<br>• Support: Workshops, bootcamps, use cases, help users move from reports – AI insights</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform major duties/responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Practical understanding of Generative AI tools (e.g., M365 Copilot) and their application in business workflows</li> <li>Ability to write and refine effective prompts and interpret AI-generated outputs</li> <li>Foundational knowledge of data analytics concepts (tables, measures, relationships)</li> <li>Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, and data analysis workflows</li> <li>Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 Tools and Capabilities.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to assist in building: Simple workflows or AI agents, Multi-step task automation processes</li> <li>Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quickly</li> <li>Strong communication & interpersonal skills in Spanish and English (written & verbal)</li> <li>Ability to translate business needs into structured solutions (AI prompts, workflows)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Education:</strong><br>Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or related Bachelor’s Degree required (Economics, Administration, Statistics, Operations, etc.) or equivalent experience <br><br><br><strong>Experience:</strong><br>0–2 years of relevant experience in Analytics, Technology, Data, or Digital roles<br>Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) and/or data analytics tools is preferred <br>Experience in user support, training, or process automation is a plus<br>#LI-GB1</p> <p> </p>
