The Director enables profitable business growth and margin expansion through collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to ensure disciplined execution of supply chain strategies. As the Supply Chain Director for Hershey's APAC region, you will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes, including direct accountability for manufacturing operations, delivering people safety, food safety and quality, customer service (case fill rate and on-time delivery), value and employee engagement targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 15 years in progressively responsible supply chain management roles, demonstrating exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, operational expertise, strong ownership and ownership across a geographically distributed organization, and a focus on market and commercial needs, as well as experience in building organizational and operational capabilities, driving sustainable cost performance while maintaining strong service and quality outcomes.
