Job Summary This full-time Fieldman position will be responsible for the operation and normal upkeep and maintenance of the equipment that gathers, conditions, measures and handles gas, oil, and production water. Ensure all facility and equipment problems/issues are addressed in a timely fashion to maintain the integrity of gathering facilities and systems for all its customers. The work environment is out-of-doors in facilities from small to large in ambient conditions, including high wind, dust, ambient heat and cold, and noise. The Fieldman will work independently and with other personnel to maintain and operate equipment and processes within our Delaware Basin Midstream Operations. New Roman', serif">Execute start up, shut down and operating procedures for compressors, dehydration units, electric motors, fans, pumps, instrumentation, valves and alarms </li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Perform minor maintenance on compressors, engines, pumps, controls, piping and supervisors, field, plant and maintenance employees, clerical staff, producers, operators, landowners and contractors </li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Perform or assist in performing construction and pipeline repairs and installation </li> <li style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Perform on-call and call out duties to maintain system integrity, acceptable facility run time and
