sans-serif">Knowledge of applicable water solutions - produced water gathering, disposal, recycling, and beneficial reuse (including desalination and mineral extraction).</span></li> <li sans-serif">Knowledge and experience with Texas, New Mexico (including the Ozone Precursor Rule), and federal air quality permitting and compliance requirements.</span></li> <li
