Our collaboration extends across a diverse array of programs and platforms, including major military prime contractors such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Raytheon.</span></span></p> <p><span style="">.</span></p><p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong><span style="">RESPONSIBILITIES</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• Set program milestones, communicate program status to team and leadership, identify program risks and coordinate a plan of response to mitigate risks.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• Manage development, delivery, and qualification of depth subsystems based on system requirements, technical challenges, lead-times, and business need.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• Resolve dependencies with cross functional teams.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• Manage communication within, and between, internal engineering and external vendor.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><span style="">• </span>Collaborates with others to track, coordinate, and communicate end-to-end project schedules (e.g., semester plans, milestones, timelines, releases) for multiple feature areas.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong><span style="">SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS</span></strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• Bachelor&apos;s Degree AND 8+ years&apos; experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• 6+ years&apos; experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• 2years&apos; experience managing large-scale global programs in technology deployments.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><span style=""><span style="">• Aerospace &amp; Defense, or Automotive manufacturing industry experience is preferred. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• Experience with cross discipline collaboration and problem resolution skills with multiple stakeholders.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• Excellent ability to express technical concepts in verbal and written forms.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• Effective program coordination skills and the ability to create, implement and monitor basic projects and plans.</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• Familiarity with bills of material (BOM), engineering documentation, and manufacturing process.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p><p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><em><span style="">This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
