RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Provide direction by communicating expectations; review planning; monitor work flow by coaching, counseling, initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Provide leadership to IPT area in Production Control Department; make decisions; solve problems; represent department at internal and external meetings</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Provide support to the production team regarding manufactured/purchased part requirements. This includes outside vendor delivery dates</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Responsible for accurate status updates and tracking of parts.
