As part of this team, you’ll help ensure solutions are high quality, fit-for-purpose and ready for real-world use. This role is designed as a hybrid pathway; starting with a strong focus on testing, while building your capability as a Business Analyst over time. </p> </div> <div> <p> </p> </div> <div> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong></p> <p> </p> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Develop and execute test cases to ensure solutions meet business requirements </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Support defect management, retesting and quality assurance activities </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Work closely with developers and testers across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Support the gathering and documentation of business requirements and user stories </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and stakeholder engagement </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Contribute to continuous improvement of testing and analysis processes </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li> <p>Work with modern tools, including AI-supported development and testing practices </p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <p> </p> </div> <div> <p><strong>Sound interesting?
