About the role Our Port Adelaide Donor Centre is seeking a Centre Service Officer with a genuine passion to deliver an exceptional service to our donors. Working collaboratively in a team, a day in the centre could see you: <ul> <li>Warmly greet and welcome our donors</li> <li>Provide donors with clear instructions as to the completion of paperwork</li> <li>Prepare food and beverages for donors and replenish the self-service buffet bar</li> <li>Monitor donors post-donation and assist them in rebooking for their next donation</li> </ul> Our flexible self-paced paid training program has a balance between on-the-job practice, and online class schedules to ensure that you are well supported.
